Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

•The item must be unused and in its original condition

•The item must be in its original packaging

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

•Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days

•The refund will be issued to your original payment method

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos.

We will offer:

•A replacement, or

•A full refund

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this, orders may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
